Parkside Psychology was established by Clinical Psychologist, Dr Nicole Redlich. As reflected in our name, we are dedicated to growth and change and provide a supportive environment for children, adolescents and adults seeking to improve their quality of life, enhance emotional and psychological well being, and pursue personally important goals. We offer a range of evidence-based and Medicare endorsed psychological therapies tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. These include cognitive based approaches, mindfulness based approaches, and interpersonal therapy.
